The Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager directs Stewardship and Sustainability including the development, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive environmental, health... and safety management system for the operations. This position provides the leadership and expertise to obtain division-wide excellence in environmental, health and safety and ensures compliance with applicable local, state and federal regulations. The EHS Manager reports directly to the Executive Team and supports and directs the site management teams.


The Environmental Engineer reports directly to the Safety, Health & Environmental Manager (SHE Manager) and is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining procedures and programs to minimize environmental risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This position will provide all environmental support for multiple locations and will include submitting CEP'S, scheduling, tracking, and planning for environmental assessments, site investigations, feasibility studies, permit applications and remedial action plans.

The Remediation and Reclamation Manager will be responsible for supervising remediation and reclamation for a world leader in minerals. Our client has LED EFFORTS FOR NEW, GREEN FIELD PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT. Global leader in their industry who has MORE THAN DOUBLED their gross revenue in the last 5 years looking for a key individual to help with future growth. Currently planning an OVER 50% increase in capital spending for the coming year financed through strong cash reserves. Stock near 52 week high. EPS 4Q exceeded estimates by over 10% (over 35% by one estimate).

Operational responsibility and accountability for production in Milling operation. Responsible for setting the vision and to achieve business objectives while building a positive plant culture. Additionally, provide leadership and implement organizational strategies in production area(s) to meet safety, quality and production design goals in addition to cost objectives, product/technology development and promoting a strong team atmosphere.
