MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Responsible for all maintenance supervision, engineering and reliability including vibration analysis, lube oil analysis and mechanical integrity.
  • Troubleshoot maintenance problems and establish Preventive Maintenance procedures. 
  • Apply Knowledge of equipment maintenance and reliability
  • Proven track records of using initiative and resourcefulness to ensure maintenance project success, including working with people at all levels and partnering with them to bring about change that brings business benefits.

PROCESS ENGINEER
Demonstrated record of accomplishment in a manufacturing culture focused on safety, reliability, and process improvement.  Ideally this experience will include mineral and/or inorganic chemical continuous process manufacturing.  Experience should include a minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering and/or leadership capacity.  Good technical skills coupled with excellent communications skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have the desire and potential to develop into a broader management role, in an engineering, maintenance, or production capacity.
  • BS Chemical Engineering or related technical field
  • Experience with kilns/calciners and background in cement, lime, kaolin, trona or similar industries
  • Strong background using statistical methodologies (SPC) to improve plant operating efficiency and productivity
  • Capability to independently support related areas of responsibility with minimal supervision
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all functional groups and through several levels of the organization
  • Can utilize project management and other engineering tools to optimize project execution
  • Functional/technical knowledge and/or experience commensurate to the role/job
  • Interest in and commitment to teamwork and team based systems
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Strong Computer skills

LAB MANAGER
Develop, implement, communicate and maintain quality management systems to support overall quality and production objectives. Oversee all activities related to development/application/maintenance of QA/QC procedures and standards.

·         Disseminate technical information on the performance of tested materials; suggests modifications in the formulation, processing, and production of sub-standard materials for conformity to specifications.
  • Serve as liaison with governmental agencies with respect to policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Responsible for providing advice on the suitability of products for engineering applications.
  • Interpret complex specifications and formulates procedures for testing materials submitted without specifications.
  • Assist in the preparation of the department budget.
  • Establish departmental operating policies and procedures and work standards.
  • Analyze, evaluates, and approves reports.

Safety and Health Manager


SAFETY & HEALTH MANAGER
Responsible for coordinating and leading the health and safety programs at the company facilities and to provide professional knowledge and expertise in the administration and support of health and safety programs.
  • Responsible for the overall coordination and implementation of health and safety programs to assure compliance with regulatory agency guidelines and corporate policies. 
  • Responsibilities include management of the Safety and Health Management Program (SHMP), and associated training programs to assure compliance safety and health regulations and guidelines. 
  • Implementation of Pro-Active Safety Programs such as Behavior Based Safety
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety, health, and training program in support of Company SHMP Policies.
  • Ensure compliance with Division and Corporate SHMP policies, programs, standards, procedures, and other (MSHA) regulatory requirements.
  • Conducts on-site reviews and supports audits of operations and facilities.
  • Work with site resources to implement SHMP standards and has the ability to plan ahead for pending regulations.
  • Assist with setting SHMP Targets & Objectives and provides guidance for attainment.
  • Work closely with the Site Managers, department managers, employees at all levels, and contractors to maintain a safe and healthy work place.
