Summary:

The Quality Manager is an integral part of the success of a large, international leader with multiple sites. Having a high level of responsibility, the Manager will coach and lead through all levels of the company. Key will be to develop short and long range plans for, and manage the activities of, supervisors, inspectors, engineers, and technicians engaged in developing, evaluating, and improving processes/systems with the company. The incumbent will ensure compliance with customer, internal, and external 3rd party quality standards, and will develop and maintain positive relationships with both internal stakeholders and external customers. To maintain or improve compliance with quality standards of existing products, and to establish initial and continuing compliance with quality standards for new and/or redesigned products, the Quality Manager will participate in planning and implementing changes in production methods, tooling and equipment, space allocations, workforce utilization, & production schedules.

New Job: Direct Lean Initiative Across Organization: Multiple Sites, High Visibility With Strong Client


This high visibility role will lead the deployment of Lean initiatives and lean process improvement activities for multiple sites across the entire organization of a large and growing company. This will include value streams, improved flow, TPM, 5S, visual factory, SMED, Kanban, Six Sigma and other Lean tools and principles. With considerable oversight and responsibility, the incumbent will directly manage a team of Lean, Industrial, & Process Engineers. This will include training and coaching process owners, champions, process improvement leaders, and project teams in the use of improvement tools and methodology.

New Job: Senior Project Manager: Leadership Role with High Visibility


Summary:

The Senior Project Manager will enjoy high visibility and will allow a professional to exercise leadership while also being a key contributor to the engineering function.

The incumbent will manage an engineering team, but will also provide general engineering support that may include managing projects, capital review, design, equipment diagnostics, process trouble shooting, and project management responsibility. The Project Manager must lead with a high energy level and make things happen while aiming to adhere to crucial safety measures & increase plant productivity and efficiency.

This senior project role provides a single engineering liaison for contact among various departments and the corporate office, engineering firms and construction firms to drive and track new major projects including all documentation and follow-up. The incumbent will monitor spending, on-time deliveries and the collection of details for all projects at the manufacturing location. The incumbent will ensure good engineering principles and practices are applied so that projects are designed, constructed, and maintained in a safe, cost effective and timely manner.
