PROCESS ENGINEER

Development and Implementation of Plant Process Improvements.  The goals are to minimize impact on existing production, utilize existing and state-of-art technologies and rapidly execute plans for expanding or enhancing process performance. Responsibilities include:
Plan and execute in-process experiments, keep and analyze production performance data to achieve the lowest possible cost methods for the plant;
Provide design services for new process expansions as well as modifications and upgrades to existing installations. Investigate requirements with Maintenance and Production departments to provide the best possible solutions;
Perform work duties in accordance with corporate safety and environmental quality system procedures;
Solicit quotations, prepare bid documents, cost estimates, time tables and pay-back calculations for engineering and construction projects leading to Capital Asset Requests;
Review drawings and submittals received from vendors, contractors and consultants to ensure compliance with design objectives and/or contract documents;  
Supervise contractors in construction projects. Ensure that construction methods are according to plant specifications and standards. Address and resolve construction problems that arise in the field;
Coordinate required shutdowns for tie-ins, etc. with appropriate department and contractors to minimize impact on plant operations; and
Conduct check-out and start-up of new and modified systems in the plant to satisfy production and maintenance requirements. Identify problems in new systems and recommend solutions.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Lead all aspects of electrical engineering at multiple Plants including plant power and control systems. Responsible for plant project engineering and management. Responsibilities include:
Ensure the operational integrity and regulatory compliance of the plant’s electrical systems and electrical maintenance programs;
Maintain electrical data, documentation, and drawings;
Implement electrical engineering solutions to solve problems and contribute to the company’s Operational Excellence;
Manage all aspects of long-term plant power supply needs and strategies;
Establish electrical standards and implement the management systems to maintain those standards;
Design for electrical and control components of engineering projects;
Take the lead in the diagnosis and trouble-shooting of electrical systems;
Monitor plant power consumption and related charges, and implement techniques and procedures to minimize energy costs; and
Manage all aspects of site PLC/HMI systems to control all processes and provide data required for management of the Plants.

ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGER

Lead Environmental, Health and Safety for the entire facility.  Tour all plants and proactively identify opportunities to enhance EHS efforts and results. Successfully collaborate with all site personnel, contractors, regulators, and corporate staff and provides full spectrum support in the EHS effort. Responsibilities include:
Direction of site leadership in best EHS practices and related process improvement;
Implementation and maintenance of EHS policy and procedures;
Sustain and continuously improve the site’s EHS Management System; ensure conformance to the American Chemistry Council’s Responsible Care® program;
Maintain injury/illness records and reports; analyze data for trend identification for exposure elimination, risk reduction and injury prevention;
Develop and conduct training programs for entire workforce;
Conduct Industrial Hygiene surveys;
Conduct EHS audits, recommending and assisting in the correction of hazards identified;
Participate and administer the Joint Health & Safety Committee;
Administer the medical management program for injured employees; direct worker’s compensation program ensuring effective return-to-work and light-duty programs;
Ensure compliance with applicable federal & state EHS regulations;
Report required information on a timely, accurate & complete basis to regulatory agencies and to the corporate office;
Uphold and promote the Core Principles of the Company: inspire trust, create value, focus on results, teamwork, leadership, continuous learning, and communication;
Lead Trend Analysis and proposed programs/focus/tool box information to mitigate based on specific opportunities for improvement;
Further define minimum incident investigation requirements and participation; and

SAFETY & HEALTH MANAGER

Responsible for coordinating and leading the health and safety programs at the company facilities and to provide professional knowledge and expertise in the administration and support of health and safety programs. Responsibilities include:
The overall coordination and implementation of health and safety programs to assure compliance with regulatory agency guidelines and corporate policies; 
Management of the Safety and Health Management Program (SHMP), and associated training programs to assure compliance safety and health regulations and guidelines;

Work closely with the Site Managers, department managers, employees at all levels, and contractors to maintain a safe and healthy work place.
