Maintenance Manager

Responsible for maintenance management and reliability. The position is with a highly profitable, diversified company that is looking to add a key person to direct their Maintenance Department. This person will lead the effort to enhance the Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Program.

This individual will lead the Maintenance Department and the Reliability Program which is a key to the success of this operation. Looking for an individual who has a solid track record in PM/PdM and has mentored and developed personnel in a Maintenance Department. Responsibilities will include:
Responsibility for maintenance, engineering and reliability;
Responsibility for mechanical reliability, NDT, vibration analysis, lube oil analysis and mechanical integrity;
Serve as Champion for Site Reliability Program;
Troubleshoot Plant maintenance problems and establish Preventive and Predictive Maintenance procedures;
Direct and coordinate plant CMMS;
Work closely with plant and corporate management personnel;
Train personnel and develop Reliability Centered Maintenance Program;
BS degree required in Engineering;
Able to train personnel and develop Reliability Centered Maintenance Program;
Track record of improving plant OEE; and
Experience with CMMS

Quality Manager

This person's responsibilities include:
Define and lead plant site product quality initiatives in close collaboration with plant and corporate management;
Oversee continuous development and improvement of Quality System Program which includes the customer complaint management system, quality document management systems and associated elements. Objectives include meeting multiple market/customer sales needs and standardizing optimal quality processes between manufacturing, technical, administrative and sales groups;
Advise, educate and train managers, colleagues and employees on the business value of maintaining and improving quality systems;
Manage response to supporting customer and market requirements for quality system elements and information, including supplier surveys and site audit visits.  Coordinate necessary follow-up actions with the Sales / Customer Service and Sales Administration departments;
Perform and advise internal audit programs to ensure the effectiveness of the quality systems, suitability and improvement, including procedure updates;
Support, advise and coordinate with Purchasing and Regulatory Affairs the development and implementation a supplier audit program to ensure consistent quality of materials;
Ensure currency of ISO (9000 and 14000) and OHSAS 18000 certifications, as applicable, in close cooperation with managers;
Coordinate all certification efforts in support of Site Certification project; and
Act as the Quality representative to Corporate Sustainability Group efforts.

Health and Safety Manager

Responsible for coordinating and leading the safety, health and industrial hygiene programs at the company facilities and providing professional knowledge and expertise in the administration and support of health and safety programs. Responsibilities include:
Overall coordination and implementation of health and safety programs to assure compliance with regulatory agency guidelines and corporate policies;
Implementation of Pro-Active Safety Programs such as Behavior Based Safety;
Management of the Safety and Health Management Program, and associated training programs to assure compliance safety and health regulations and guidelines;
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety, health, and training program in support of Company Health and Safety Policies;
Ensure compliance with Division and Corporate Health and Safety policies, programs, standards, procedures, and other (OSHA) regulatory requirements;
Conduct on-site reviews and supports audits of operations and facilities;
Work with site resources to implement Health and Safety standards and has the ability to plan ahead for pending regulations;
Assist with setting Health and Safety Targets & Objectives and provides guidance for attainment; and
Work closely with the Site Managers, department managers, employees at all levels, and contractors to maintain a safe and healthy work place.
