Maintenance Manager
Responsible for all maintenance supervision, engineering and reliability including vibration analysis, lube oil analysis and mechanical integrity.
Responsibilities and skills needed include:
- Troubleshoot maintenance problems and establish Preventive Maintenance procedures;
- Apply Knowledge of equipment maintenance and reliability;
- Proven track records of using initiative and resourcefulness to ensure maintenance project success, including working with people at all levels and partnering with them to bring about change that brings business benefits;
- Ability to learn new skills;
- Project Management - Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple maintenance projects to completion with an agreed set of project goals. Detailed reporting of progress;
- Change Management - Effectively brought about process improvements in an organization from a maintenance and reliability position;
- Initiative - Takes proactive action to resolve issues while knowing when to ask for help. Identifies road blocks and develops strategies to remove them;
- Resourceful - Able to engage other resources as deemed necessary to get the job done. Focused on positive outcomes. Able to work unsupervised;
- Presentation & Communication - Creates and delivers effective presentations and meetings. Able to communicate at all levels of the organization;
- Work with CMMS;
- Experience supervising maintenance and reliability projects;
- Experience in maintenance supervision;
- Experience with industrial plant process equipment in the chemical, mineral, steel, coal or utility/power generation industries;
- Experience managing maintenance projects, mechanical reliability, vibration analysis, lube oil analysis and mechanical integrity; and
- Experience troubleshooting maintenance problems and establishing Preventive Maintenance procedures.

Assistant Plant Manager
This person will champion the effort to improve overall productivity and profitability. This individual will lead the operation. Looking for an individual who has a solid track record mentoring and developing personnel.
Experience should include:
- Supervised production and processing operations;
- Maintained and continuously improved employee and labor relations;
- Successful track record providing direction for a manufacturing plant and/or site;
- Developed and implemented creative, innovative, proactive operations improvements;
- Directed training and development of site personnel;
- Successful track record in Safety, Health and Environmental areas;
- Track record implementing progressive, team oriented management philosophies; and
- BS Chemical, Metallurgical or Mechanical Engineering.

Process Engineering Manager
Lead the Process Engineering group. Responsible for:
- Tracking and documenting the processes of the plants;
- Monitoring recovery at the plants;
- Working with plant operations to maintain budgeted recovery and guides his/her group to do the same;
- Must develop a healthy relationship with the plant operations personnel and guide them in making process change decisions;
- Guides the process engineering group to assist superintendents in budgeting and forecasting exercises;
- Ensures product quality and efficiency of processing processes at all surface operations;
- Guides the Process Engineering group in developing capital project proposals, scopes and AFEs; and
- Tracks progress of capital projects and produces regular reports on status.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Troubleshoots processing problems with particular emphasis on recovery;
- Assists with budgeting and forecasting;
- Evaluates lab data;
- Manages process information for major projects;
- Develops scopes, AFEs and tracks progress of projects;
- Proposes improvement modifications to existing equipment and processes;
- Develops new procedures and equipment to solve process issues if needed;
- Trains Process personnel;
- Determines if work areas are safe;
- Observes and enforces all safety and company rules;
- Travel as required;
- BS Chemical Engineering or equivalent;
- Ten plus years experience as a Process Engineer; and
- Technical supervision experience strongly preferred.

Plant Manager
Direct Production, Operations, Maintenance and Engineering. Lead the effort to improve overall productivity and profitability. Solid track record mentoring and developing personnel. Responsible for overall safe and efficient plant operations. This position is also responsible for coaching and developing subordinate staff.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Responsible for management of all plant operations;
- Responsible for oversight of Environmental, Health and Safety compliance through implementation and enforcement of all governmental regulations;
- Responsible for administration and enforcement of Homeland Security;
- Control of operation costs in order to achieve budget; and
- Directing Managers in equipment maintenance and protection programs to maximize life expectancy of all hard assets.
