MAINTENANCE MANAGER 

Responsible for maintenance supervision and reliability including vibration analysis, lube oil analysis and mechanical integrity. 
Troubleshoot maintenance problems and establish Preventive Maintenance procedures.  
Apply Knowledge of equipment maintenance and reliability 
Proven track records of using initiative and resourcefulness to ensure maintenance project success, including working with people at all levels and partnering with them to bring about change that brings business benefits. 
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple maintenance projects to completion with an agreed set of project goals. Detailed reporting of progress. 
Effectively brought about process improvements in an organization from a maintenance and reliability position. 
Takes proactive action to resolve issues while knowing when to ask for help. Identifies road blocks and develops strategies to remove them. 
Able to engage other resources as deemed necessary to get the job done. Focused on positive outcomes. Able to work unsupervised. 
Creates and delivers effective presentations and meetings. Able to communicate at all levels of the organization. 
Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems - CMMS. 
Experience supervising maintenance and reliability projects 
Experience in maintenance supervision. 
Experience managing maintenance projects, mechanical reliability, vibration analysis, lube oil analysis and mechanical integrity. 

Experience troubleshooting maintenance problems and establishing Preventive Maintenance procedures.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Lead all aspects of electrical engineering at the Plants including plant power and control systems. Responsible for plant project engineering and management.
Responsible for ensuring the operational integrity and regulatory compliance of the plant’s electrical systems and electrical maintenance programs.
Maintains electrical data, documentation, and drawings.
Implement electrical engineering solutions to solve problems and contribute to the company’s Operational Excellence. 
Manages all aspects of long-term plant power supply needs and strategies.
Establish electrical standards and implement the management systems to maintain those standards. 
Design for electrical and control components of engineering projects
Take the lead in the diagnosis and trouble-shooting of electrical systems. 
Monitor plant power consumption and related charges, and implement techniques and procedures to minimize energy costs. 
Manage all aspects of site PLC/HMI systems to control all processes and provide data required for management of the Plants.

AUTOMATION & CONTROLS ENGINEER

Oversee installation and programming of PLC systems and networking. Oversee maintenance and installation of analog and digital equipment. Assist in the design of HMI systems. In addition, maintains tests and troubleshooting of industrial controls and automation equipment, machinery, and associated electrical and electronic controls.
Install and commission Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) systems.
Capable of writing and understanding programs with advanced PLC instructions such as PID, function blocks, advanced math, etc.
Perform screen development and modifications for HMI software (RSView, RSStudio, etc.).
Capable of programming PLCs.
Familiar with variable frequency drives (VFD) and servodrives.
Organize and maintain PLC records and ensure they are backed up and up to date.
Change program documentation to reflect any changes that need to be made.
Effectively communicate with all departments on program modifications and changes.
Train E&I staff on operation of new equipment and installations.
Inspect and test equipment, controls and safety devices for operation and safety. 
Observe all safety rules, regulations and precautions.

PROCESS CONTROL ENGINEER – DCS (Distributed Control Systems)

Responsible for leading identification and implementation of process control network, hardware, software, and control strategies and practices that facilitate reliable operation of the entire facility.

Repsonsibilities include:
Ensure all assigned projects, work, and work activity meet applicable code and regulatory requirements for Safety, Health and Environmental.  
Ensure control system modifications adhere to established Management of Change (MOC) procedures.
Liaison with Maintenance, Operations and coordinate the work of internal and external resources, identifying and qualifying these resources as needed.
Lead control systems hardware and software maintenance efforts by providing policy and direction to Control Specialists.  Coordinate licensing, software images, configuration databases, data historian, and site wide configuration standards.  
Ensure design and configuration activities contribute to continuous improvement in security, maintenance, and usability of process control assets.
Track systems metrics such as alarm management, strategy utilization, controller performance and collaboratively work with operations to correct declining utilization or effectiveness trends.
Train Control Specialists on best practices in maintenance, configuration, and operation of control system hardware and software.  
Train operators in use of control strategies.  
Provide expert troubleshooting services to Operations and I&E Maintenance departments.  
Design and implement basic, advanced regulatory, supervisory, and advanced process control strategies to capture identified opportunities.
Serve as a technical and engineering resource for project and non-project related activities
Coordinate best practice activities with related facilities.
Act as control system and strategies subject matter expert in site-wide Management of Change programs.

Education and Experience
Bachelor of Science Chemical Engineering degree
5+ years Process Control and Process Engineering experience in heavy industry work environment.

Qualifications include:
Thorough understanding of technical codes and standards including: ASME, API, ISA, NEC and NFPA.
Demonstrated proficiency in computer software including Microsoft Office programs, SQL databases, and various control system configuration packages.  
Experience with virtualization technologies and typical industrial networking.  
Direct experience DCS (Distributed Control Systems) 
Knowledge of Siemens APACS, Rockwell FactoryTalk and Logix, and Wonderware is a plus.
Experience with plant-based control system improvements from daily maintenance to system-wide upgrades and migration.
Experience with basic and advanced regulatory control strategies.  
Familiarity with supervisory and advanced process control strategies including model predictive and fuzzy logic techniques.
