Serve as Plant Maintenance & Reliability Engineer responsible for maintenance engineering and reliability projects including mechanical reliability, vibration analysis, lube oil analysis and mechanical integrity.

Support the improvement of new specialty chemicals / minerals products to meet customer demands in various industries. Support optimization of process systems, manufacturing cost reduction and performance testing of new process equipment.
This important role has many responsibilities regarding product improvement and new product development. The incumbent will supply technical support to the Americas organization for specialty chemicals / minerals products.
This leadership role will supervise sales and marketing personnel, as well as lead the training and development of those individuals. Plan assignments and oversee sales performance. Plan and direct campaigns to secure sales in new territories and industries, to realize full market potential of products/customers and to establish product line acceptance.
