Senior Vice President Sales that requires strong understanding of sales, marketing, business development, product development, product management and supply chain. Will report to Corporate CEO. Responsible for Yearly and Long Term Strategic Business Plans. Must have strong Financial Analysis experience. Because of the confidential nature of the search, cannot be specific on the products/services or location at this time but that will be disclosed prior to proceeding.

Summary of Qualifications:

• BS + MBA (preferred)
• Strong understanding of Commercial, Business Development, Marketing and Sales areas
• Experience with multiple product specifications, 100s of SKUs, and performing short, low volume production runs
• Organic specialty chemical manufacturing
• Directed small batch, specialty chemicals operations with a high number of formulations (100s) and raw materials (100s). Not strictly a commodity chemical operation
• Experience with managing international operations with potential growth in Asia/China, South America, Europe, North Africa, Middle East
• Experience with JVs globally
• Understanding of Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics, Procurement, Operations, Manufacturing
• Customer focused
• Strong financial background including planning and forecasting
