Overview:
This high profile role will exercise considerable responsibility by leading the maintenance departments and reliability programs nationwide for a successful and growing client. As a key decision maker within the organization, the role will report to the COO. As the Champion for the reliability program nationwide, the incumbent will lead the preventive and predictive maintenance program for all manufacturing sites. Our client is looking for an individual who has a solid track record in PM/PdM and who has mentored and developed personnel in maintenance departments. Also important is a strong background in Lean and Six Sigma.
