  • Responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of employees engaged in the plant chemical processing production.
  • Maintain a safe work environment for all employees on the assigned shift.
  • Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals
  • Utilize scheduling, planning, time and attendance software.
  • Read and analyze work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs.
  • Experience should include directing and managing the time and work of operators, with responsibility for personnel directions, including hiring, firing, promotions, etc.

  • Responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of employees engaged in the mineral processing / mill production.
  • Maintain a safe work environment for all employees on the assigned shift.
  • Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals
  • Observe and monitor operators and instrumentation and other indicators to ensure that operators conform to production or processing standards.
  • Resolve both people and equipment issues while maintaining environmental, safety and productivity standards.
