Production, Lean, & Engineering Leadership Roles: Focus in Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement: Who Do You Know?


We are currently assisting a few key clients in locating exceptional and proven professionals for key Production, & Engineering Leadership Roles. In a time when many manufacturing operations ar...e cutting back, these clients are seeing significant growth. For this reason, they need professionals to help with their development & growth efforts. Two roles in particular need candidates with a significant background in lean, six sigma, and continuous improvement. Both are leadership roles.

Implement and improve lean and continuous improvement programs. Exercise strong leadership while seeing that these programs contribute to the success of the organization. Set the vision and achieve business objectives while building a positive plant culture.

With extensive responsibility and high visibility, the professional will be responsible for driving improvements in process design, capital management, quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Production Management – Strong International Client.
Significant operational responsibility and accountability for production lines. Key also will be to set the vision and to achieve business objectives.
