Summary:

The Quality Manager is an integral part of the success of a large, international leader with multiple sites. Having a high level of responsibility, the Manager will coach and lead through all levels of the company. Key will be to develop short and long range plans for, and manage the activities of, supervisors, inspectors, engineers, and technicians engaged in developing, evaluating, and improving processes/systems with the company. The incumbent will ensure compliance with customer, internal, and external 3rd party quality standards, and will develop and maintain positive relationships with both internal stakeholders and external customers. This high visibility role will lead the deployment of Lean initiatives and lean process improvement activities for multiple sites across the entire organization of a large and growing company. This will include value streams, improved flow, TPM, 5S, visual factory, SMED, Kanban, Six Sigma and other Lean tools and principles. Summary:

The Senior Project Manager will enjoy high visibility and will allow a professional to exercise leadership while also being a key contributor to the engineering function.

This includes managing all aspects of site PLC/HMI systems to control all processes and provide data required for management of the plants.
