Maintenance Manager
Responsible for maintenance management and reliability. The position is with a highly profitable, diversified company that is looking to add a key person to direct their Maintenance Department. This person will lead the effort to enhance the Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Program.
This individual will lead the Maintenance Department and the Reliability Program which is a key to the success of this operation. Looking for an individual who has a solid track record in PM/PdM and has mentored and developed personnel in a Maintenance Department. Additional responsibilities include:
- Responsibility for maintenance, engineering and reliability;
- Responsibility for mechanical reliability, NDT, vibration analysis, lube oil analysis and mechanical integrity;
- Serve as Champion for Site Reliability Program;
- Troubleshoot Plant maintenance problems and establish Preventive and Predictive Maintenance procedures;
- Direct and coordinate plant CMMS;
- Work closely with plant and corporate management personnel;
- Train personnel and develop Reliability Centered Maintenance Program;
- BS degree required in Engineering;
- Able to train personnel and develop Reliability Centered Maintenance Program;
- Track record of improving plant OEE; and
- Experience with CMMS.

Reliability Manager
Responsible for division reliability management. Lead the Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Program for multiple manufacturing sites. This individual will lead the Maintenance and Reliability Engineers and Technicians in the reliability programs and will champion the Reliability program at multiple sites. Looking for an individual who has a solid track record in PM/PdM and who has mentored and developed personnel in Maintenance and Reliability Departments. The position will include:
