The Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager directs Stewardship and Sustainability including the development, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive environmental, health... and safety management system for the operations. This position provides the leadership and expertise to obtain division-wide excellence in environmental, health and safety and ensures compliance with applicable local, state and federal regulations. The EHS Manager reports directly to the Executive Team and supports and directs the site management teams.


The Environmental Engineer reports directly to the Safety, Health & Environmental Manager (SHE Manager) and is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining procedures and programs to minimize environmental risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This position will provide all environmental support for multiple locations and will include submitting CEP'S, scheduling, tracking, and planning for environmental assessments, site investigations, feasibility studies, permit applications and remedial action plans.

The Remediation and Reclamation Manager will be responsible for supervising remediation and reclamation for a world leader in minerals. Our client has LED EFFORTS FOR NEW, GREEN FIELD PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT. Global leader in their industry who has MORE THAN DOUBLED their gross revenue in the last 5 years looking for a key individual to help with future growth. Currently planning an OVER 50% increase in capital spending for the coming year financed through strong cash reserves. Stock near 52 week high. EPS 4Q exceeded estimates by over 10% (over 35% by one estimate).

Operational responsibility and accountability for production in Milling operation. Responsible for setting the vision and to achieve business objectives while building a positive plant culture. Serve as Plant Maintenance & Reliability Engineer responsible for maintenance engineering and reliability projects including mechanical reliability, vibration analysis, lube oil analysis and mechanical integrity.

Leadership forms the basis of a safe and healthy workplace and involves both making a commitment to put health and safety into action and proactively managing it. The General Foreman will provide the necessary resources, such as personnel, tools, equipment, operating procedures, and training, to ensure that the supervisors and employees can and will work safely.

Support the improvement of new specialty chemicals / minerals products to meet customer demands in various industries. Support optimization of process systems, manufacturing cost reduction and performance testing of new process equipment.

This important role has many responsibilities regarding product improvement and new product development. The incumbent will supply technical support to the Americas organization for specialty chemicals / minerals products.

This leadership role will supervise sales and marketing personnel, as well as lead the training and development of those individuals. Plan assignments and oversee sales performance.
