This position is responsible for assuring that Health and Safety Programs and practices are in place and followed. Provides assistance to the plants upon the arrival of an MSHA inspector on-site and as needed to address any MSHA issues. Issue Health & Safety reports including required MSHA reports, Workers Compensation claim filing, and internal scorecards. Coordinates Health and Safety training across all manufacturing plants and monitors all training reporting.

The Manager of Environmental Permitting will report to the Director of EH&S and will be responsible for submissions of quality produced permit applications to the appropriate regulatory agencies.
