Property, Mineral Reserves, & Mineral Leases.
Review and Approve Site Mining Plans.
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Maintain records of property documents, lease agreements, governmental obligations.
Work with business teams, site leaders, and engineering function leaders to set priorities and provide/acquire resources to meet agreed plans.
Develop strategic plans for acquisitions and future mining operations.
Investigate mineral asset opportunities to build asset portfolio for future opportunities.
Support Technical requirements for Mining operations.

Education and Experience:
· Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Geology
· 5+ years of mining project experience and experience in a leadership role required.
· Significant experience/involvement with mining plans, mining reserves, property development, permitting and leasing
· Advanced degree in related fields of engineering preferred
· Active participation in professional or industry associations.
